Maybe her cage still isn't big enough
Female hamsters often require significantly more space than males.
So I've been deep diving into forums again. Which is probably a mistake because now I'm just panic spiraling. Apparently female hamsters are notoriously hard to please. I kept seeing people talk about 'female syndrome' where they are never satisfied no matter what you do. Some people are saying the bare minimum isn't actually enough for them and they need like... over a thousand square inches of unbroken floor space.
My bin cage is big but it's not that big. And I literally cannot afford to buy a massive aquarium or build a custom Ikea setup right now. I just can't. My bank account is already crying from the last upgrade. So if the problem is that she physically needs more square footage, I don't know what I'm supposed to do. It makes me feel so helpless. I'm watching her pace the wall right now and just wondering if she's always going to be like this.
But I did find some other stuff that might help? Maybe? A few people said that if you can't expand the cage, you have to expand the brain. Or something like that. Basically boredom breakers. Making her work for her food instead of just putting it in a bowl.
I'm going to try some DIY stuff because cardboard is free. Toilet paper rolls and egg cartons. I saw a tutorial on how to make a foraging toy out of a toilet roll where you fold the ends in. I'm going to try that. And scatter feeding. I'm just hoping that maybe if she's busy getting food out of a box she won't have time to chew the bars. I need something to work because I can't take another week of this.

What are some good DIY boredom breakers for hamsters? I need things I can make myself.
